This app is very easy to use and will not take more than a minute to log your daily workout. You can select the exercises in your workout routine from a range of exercises. The app remembers your last workout weight and will continue from there for your next workout for the same exercise.
The app lets you track your progress during a time period using charts. By daily logging and tracking, you will never miss your workout goal again.
You can also view statistics of your monthly workouts with a breakdown of exercises according to body parts. Missed a leg day? It will show up in the stats.
